NSTC,DSaT SIGNS SCIENCE MoU TO PROMOTE SCIENCE COMMUNICATION ....Zambians will remain ignorant of benefits of Sceince if science communication continues to be low. By Alfonso Kasongo The National Science Technology Council NSTC and Dziwa Science and Technology Trust DSaT have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at promoting and advocating Science communication in the country. Speaking during the signing ceremony NSTC Acting Executive Secretary Guess Mugala says Zambians will remain ignorant about the benefits of Science and emerging technologies if the media does not effectively and correctly communicate Science. Mr. Mugala has since urged the media to up their game as doing so will bridge Science information gap which has been relatively been low across the country. And DSaT Executive Director Veronica Mwaba stress the need for the media and scientists to compliment each other in the promotion of Science.
